Blue Skies Mental Health Services, PLLC collaborates with individuals to provide holistic mental health services in rural East Texas and beyond with kindness, confidence and respect.  We work with patients by providing Advanced Psychiatric Interviews (Diagnosis), Medication Management, and Counseling. During Advanced Psychiatric Interviews we review your background, family mental health history, lifestyle, current medication management, overall health, along with physiological factors that might contribute to mental health difficulties and alleviating and aggravating factors. We see diagnoses not as a “label”, but as a target, identifying difficulties that you would like to change. We create a care plan with your values and concerns in mind, whether that means an approach without medication or with it. From initial visit on  we strive to educate, collaborate, and make you feel comfortable in your journey toward better mental health.
